Privacy Policy

Zetareh is built on a simple promise: your data is yours. We do not sell it, we do not use it to advertise to you, and we ask before anything is shared. This policy explains, plainly, what we collect, why, and the control you have.

Who we are

Zetareh is a private, invitation-based network for families and communities. For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@pulsaris.app.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Content you create: posts, photos, messages, comments, and the family relationships you add.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service: your session, and standard server logs (e.g. IP address and device type) used for security and reliability.

We only collect what the app needs to work. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To show your content to the people you choose, and to run the features you use (feed, chat, calls, family tree).
• To keep the service safe and working (preventing abuse, fixing problems).

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never use your content for advertising.
• We never share your private content with anyone you did not choose.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored on our own servers and protected in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to what is needed to operate the service.

Your choices & rights

• Delete your account at any time, from inside the app — this removes your account and personal details. See Delete account (also under Preferences).
• Access or correct your information from your profile and preferences.
• Report or block content and people you do not want to interact with.
• Request a copy of your data, or ask a question, by emailing privacy@pulsaris.app.

Children

Zetareh is a family network. Accounts are created by adults, and family members are added by the people who invite them. If you believe a child's information is in Zetareh without a parent's or guardian's involvement, contact privacy@pulsaris.app and we will act promptly.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal details are removed. Some limited records may be retained where required for security or legal reasons, for as short a time as necessary.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
